A huge THANK YOU to our customers, colleagues and partners. We appreciate working together. And, although we’re looking forward to the seasonal break, we’re already excited helping more manufacturers compete and grow in 2024.

We love making our customers’ lives easier. What challenge can we help you with? We manufacture in China and the UK, more sustainably and more competitively than ever before. Plus, we don’t compromise on quality or your industry standards either.

Engineering Excellence for CEL Group in 2023

Before we focus on the opportunities ahead, here’s just a few of 2023’s engineering excellence best bits…

  • CEL Group’s 20th year was marked by completing our first full year in an impressive new purpose-built 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
  • We threw open our UK doors to lots of welcome visitors.
  • Customers, prospects and partners have given us hugely positive feedback on the site. As well as telling us the difference our outstanding customer service is making to their businesses. Have you made a date to visit yet?
  • Our UK engineering and sales teams have been back in China. Working with colleagues in CEL Shenzhen and CEL Ningbo, as well as taking customers on factory tours.
  • The whole UK team celebrated when CEL Group was nominated as a finalist for the prestigious Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Manufacturing and Engineering award.
  • Further UK assembly lines have been added to our Shropshire assembly this year too. Plus, our stockholding facility and distribution centre is able to give even more manufacturing competitive advantage to our customers.
  • Simon Cartwright, our Managing Director, spoke at the Midlands HSBC panel of industry leaders about our own sustainable manufacturing journey. Focusing on the initiatives we’ve already taken to reduce our carbon footprint.
  • We’re proud to share the news that CEL Group has now received our ISO 14001 accreditation recommendation. And, we’ll continue to champion sustainability, along with our customers and partners in the New Year.
  • 2023 has seen CEL Group raise its game to a new level. We’ve already added more competitive solutions for 2024 too. Find out the latest about our unique supply chain partnership in our new BIG 10 benefits brochure.
