Inside CEL Group’s 40,000 sq. ft Warehouse
Did you know that in the last few months CEL Group has moved its UK HQ to a 40,000 sq. ft warehouse? It’s great news for our customers, because it gives UK OEMs even more space for flexible and responsive stockholding. Plus, we have UK product assembly capability here. As well as being conveniently located for visitors. We’re just off the M54.
Moving and delivering seamless supply chain services – all in a day’s work
In fact, since our success story broke in the press, earlier this year, we’ve been super busy with our new General Manager of Operations, Simon Kennedy helping drive the relocation plan. Growing the business and moving the business at the same time, could be viewed as quite a feat. But turns out it’s all in a day’s work for our experienced operations and logistics team.
A near seamless move to our shiny new purpose-built UK facility in Telford has been achieved. We’re chalking up the month sweltering in the portacabins as team building 😉. Many thanks as well to Kamil, Mac and Kamil and all our amazing team!
So, now our UK HQ comprises a 40,000 sq. ft warehouse, a UK product assembly facility, as well as swish new offices for all our lovely people to keep excelling at what they do best. It’s an important step for our growing supply chain business.
And we hope you agree that although our official opening is set for the spring, we just couldn’t keep a lid on this good news any longer.

To help with the relocation and support our growth plans CEL Group has received £63,242.29 of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (and in London the intermediate body Greater London Authority) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund.
Established by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations.
