Michael Rogers – Assistant Accountant 

Michael joined CEL Group in January 2024 to support our wonderful accounts team.

Here is Mike’s In The Spotlight edit; 

What attracted you to CEL Group? 

CEL Group provided me the chance to transition to a career in accountancy which before starting I hadn’t been afforded. Not only did they appreciate the prior studying I’d done on the side while in past roles, but they offered to support my growth and further progression in the field.

Having an employer that is truly keen to help their employees grow and support their development sets CEL Group apart from other workplaces. Being able to pursue a career I love, supported by great people and working alongside such a knowledgeable team made choosing CEL Group a no-brainer.

Tell us more about you… what are your hobbies or Interests outside of work? 

I currently represent Finchfield Hockey club, training Wednesday evenings and playing competitively on Saturdays. When not playing hockey, I try my best to keep in shape…although the fridge can get tempting…and of course love spending quality time with my fiancée, Poppy, and our two frenchies, Ozzy and Skye.
