CEL Group has loved celebrating our finalist nomination for the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing and Engineering Award.
It’s an especially important accolade to achieve in our 20th year. Earnt by customer responsiveness and manufacturing experience of the whole team.
This why we took all our UK team (who could make the date) to the Awards ceremony on 23rd June 2023.
We’re hoping that next year some of our colleagues from China, CEL Ningbo and CEL Shenzhen can join CEL UK. Then together CEL Group can lift the trophy!

The best experience of sub-contract manufacturing in China
Promising the best experience of sub-contract manufacturing in China, its first employee, now CEL Group’s Managing Director – Simon Cartwright, has grown the engineering and manufacturing expertise of the business from supplying turned-parts and simple metal parts to offering complete assemblies and box-builds. These can be despatched as Freight on Board (FOB at China port) or to a UK port, or to customers’ production lines or distribution channels, as needed.
