Looking for a Business Development Manager Role?
Due to recent growth we are looking for a UK Business Development Manager to be based at our new HQ in Telford.
Interested in joining our growing team of engineers, logistics and supply chain experts delivering sub-contract manufacturing excellence to UK OEMs?
We have our warehousing, assembly and logistics teams at our Telford facility, as well as the sales team. Plus, we are manufacturing at our facilities and supported by our people in China.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives which generate interest and engage business partners to build new business with the CEL Group. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify sub-contract manufacturing partnership opportunities within the OEM sector
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help CEL Group expand
- Maintain and develop existing business
- Plan critically and strategically to assure project success
Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
